Weddings and parties as a tomboy!! What to wear... all the women around you are clucking about new dresses, but all that floaty floral patterned chiffon sets your teeth on edge!
The way I see it there are three choices:
1) Compromise yourself, toe the line and buy some heels (YUK!!)
2) Ignore protocol completely and break out the sloppy jeans!
3) Walk the thin line and go either Dapper-Tomboy or Femme-Tomboy.
Now if your feel tomboy hopefully one of these two options will fit with your personal sense of style
Firstly the Dapper!!
of course if you are a bit self conscious about the tummy, then you can skip, the braces (suspenders), untuck the shirt and chuck on a waistcoat
Or the Femme:
Both of these i would consider wearing!
They hit the smartness necessary for a formal engagement, but at the same time stick with the tomboy vibe!
oh... and they are both super fun!!
